Exactly. It isn't the families reporting it. It is the doctors reporting it.
A doctor cannot tell what a symptom is caused by immediately just by looking at you. They look at the possible causes, see that outside of external causes you are also on certain medications, and report a possible link between the reaction and the medications you are on.

IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE MEDIATION CAUSED IT! Just that there is a POSSIBILITY that it did.

If you are on a bunch of new medications and have a symptom pop up, they would report it for all of those medications.
It may not even be ANY of the medications, it could be something else entirely that caused it.
