Conventional vaccines do because they give real natural immunity which means the virus stops at you and won't get passed on. That means the more people that get it the more it struggles to find a suitable host, resulting in herd immunity.
These new 'vaccines' only reduce your symptoms and let you pass the virus on without gaining natural immunity. So the virus isn't restricted as it should be and variants are free to develop.
