1. The patent cyp is useless... Just ask James. Griffiths report? Sorry i'm more qualified than any contributor to that report.
2. Obviously they did forget to do dd. Fund managers i advise on biotech are thaking their lucky stars i did do dd.
3. I actually agree... But unless CYP own the tech and the relevant patents... Then it means jack for CYP. Ask James when the WARF will assign the patents over!
