CYP licence the tech via the patents from WARF. Why would WARF hand them over to cyp? This is how WARF makes their money, by licensing the tech they develop. Simply look at their website.
A few of companies that have licensed tech from WARF have been brought out. Mirus bio corp us 125 million is one.
Cyp aim is to sublicence the tech to others. That is how cyp will make their money.
John chiplin is not on board for no reason. My guess is that an exit is planned once next year's trial has been completed. In the meantime sign up as many commercial partners as possible. That seems to be the plan but the proof will be in the pudding. As yet no commercial deals have been announced.
To me it seems the price has been deliberately held down. Every time it rose to the fifties it was smashed back to mid forties by the days end. Not once but three times now. Why, i have no idea, but get the feeling we will find out soon.
