Planning for a clinical trial not conduct one. They have planned for one and recently announced a time frame for commencement. Perhaps it has taken longer than expected but they would not be the first and wont be the last to have delays.
They have been good to their word for the most part. One commercial partnership in 2015 calender year is one promise yet to be fulfilled.
