yes,thats why I'd been saying for awhile we should be seeing 40+ which will still offer 10% div yield. That was based on the expectation that the fd was going to be 2aud +. That has come to pass. Even if next id is "only" 1.90aud. If next id is same as previous,dividend yield will still be 9% plus! ...and there are possible selldowns on the books. Lots to like...
