IMVHO all HC forums have a majority of Bull Members, with the exception of a few like @stuwall who I cannot categorize.
I started adding to my WDS holdings 15/2 below $35.5's, then 16/2 below $35.05's, then 21/2 below $34.08, then more below $33.78, then when I could no longer buy down there, I bought more on 2/3 below $37.40;
so in answer to your question, I think the sellers stopped selling in the $33.78 realm.
Again IMO, I think WDS SP should be higher than $37.40
I guess I will find out during the next week.
