Many years ago I was called an idiot because I was always doing the opposite to everyone else...I just couldn’t help myself. I am talking of my share trading of course
I think they now call me contrarian.
To be honest that is the only way that I have ever made money on the share market. I did very well with the GFC. My friends thought I was mad buying when everyone was selling. But too, I was only buying companies that had good financial records and very low or no bebt. And I held for long term.
Those 6 rules are great rules to follow gotta!!!
I also hold SWM and was told just a few days ago that I should sell them and get out by many, but I did the opposite, so glad I did. Buying up more at those very cheap prices. Today they went up big time.....so just an example of patience.
