Tim-trade is correct. 500,000,000 shares fully diluted. Have a quick look at the latest quarterly report, it has all of the information on total shares and options.
Arh at $8.00 would be a market cap of $4bn.
When Arh gain the rights to another 1Mtn from Clive after the spin off and the chinese sign on that bottom line, $4bn market cap will be nothing.
