P&G and OBJ have mutually agreed payment terms. That's quite different from OBJ invoicing P&G with a certain due date which might not align with P&G internal policy. We received the royalties last quarter didn't we?
But for arguments sake - even if they would pay 30, 40 or 45 days late, it would still be received this quarter. However, it's highly unlikely that P&G would treat an innovation partner that way.
Could it still happen? Of course there is always a minuscule chance. It says a lot about you that you wish to focus on this minor probability for which there are currently no indications that this will happen. Stating that you wouldn't be surprised if this happens only shows your sad, negative view of the world and has no meaningful basis.
