To answer your question, Yes it is the same company that started as a gold explorer in Sth Aust, although the name chnaged from Equinox Resources to Equinox Minerals- same code though - EQN.ax
AuCu, I can't see a 10:1 or even 2:1 split as the company
did the reverse some years ago, can't remember when, but it was a 3:1 consolidation.
It's now No.42 in the ASX top 100 list and the next thing will be hopefully S&P reworking the index weightings as they did in Canada
