    What ever happened to the remaining 4.25M of the buy-back? Unless they are planning to buy in hard during this industry wide 'valley of death' I can't see how the board could think sticking their hand out is going to work out well. Good to see the board is planning to get some skin in the game, but without a guideline amount stated they're going to commit to I doubt it's enough to change holder sentiment.
