Cash at bank + tax refund allows for a full quarter delay.
If we don't have finance by then, I'll be out as something will have to give, and solvency is a real issue.
I'm still in though, as I'm fully confident in management and their ability to secure a this Sojitz offtake, and majority capex debt finance.
