there is another reason why many companies go overseas and that is because of the onerous safety laws that we are forced to comply with. often with union backing so in effect because of their endeavours to make the site safer they have unwittingly forced losures and shifted jobs overseas.

the harmonisation laws wont be a help either but will be an impediment

and no im not saying that we should just put up with whatever and however the boss tells us to work and in what conditions

just stating fact!
