I am currently working for one of the most unionised building company. In Vic 35 degrees and home you go. In NSW they don't have a hot work policy but they had the colour chart Brucey. If you think companies have safety policies in place to protect the worker voluntarily ...think again. Nasty unions. Anyway i haven't been on line all week ....i reckon the right would have had a field day on the Peris appointment
