    Good evening Raider,


    Again theres many ways to increase productivety without insisting workers wages need to drop,employing best practise,if implemented,would by its very nature create a productivety boost.


    If You can increase productive,the wages can be increase, not drop.

    Employers need to earn the money before they can pay staff.

    You can not Harvest before you plant.

    A bit hard to increase productivity when you have lazy, incompetent employees that you are not allowed to replace.

    Where I did my apprenticeship we had 4 apprentices, one was a total loss, and they could not sack him for he had an apprenticeship.And I mean a total loss.

    In the Olympics, you don't get GOLD in a rowing event with one team member bludging.

    Cut out the deadwood and Companies will preform better.

    Whether Management or off the floor.
