if the chinese can ramp up ops to 120,000 bopd and accomodate BLKs 45,000bopd, then even a paltry 10% net revenue would still look something like this:
14mill bpa @ $US80 = $1.1bill pa revenue
for $100mill pa profit
for 35 yrs
so BLK is currently being valued on a 1% slice of a 10% return on its assets
