I would assume that Anglo wants to do what they wanted to do some time back...which is a JV. But a takeover of OGX would be even better. The fact that Anglo owns a heck of a lot of warrants is very telling...they always wanted in. The resignation of Helcio is definitely sign (to me at least) that Anglo is up to something...you know, No smoke without

Would Anglo want in when all the assets of Cascavel are used as security by the Cartesian group for the gold debt ?? - and then they have CN etc...
IMO, Anglo would not make any moves when there are so many conditions in place
