Sure. Good news for Panther and the merged entity, but.... where is the BDR board and their plans for if the merger does not go ahead.

Refinance the entire loan and do it quickly. Perhaps even bring in the new mining contract company and simply get them to take on the debt. I am 100% sure it would be on better terms than what they have with MACA.

Will be very interesting to see how the vote goes.
