    Could be a local or UK broker looking to get set or play on the arbitrage between Oz and UK price. Would match out at 77 cents currently. It will be interesting to see if the bid stays as the buy side bids increase.

    Could be a big day again for HDR - plenty of press today on WPL/HDR/ROC/FOG transaction, and news on Pelican is imminent.
