The 459,999 sell orders have been swiftly gobbled up today at 3.2 cents so that has got to be encouraging with now the buyer at 3.5 cents and seller at 4.1 cents. Not much volume on either side so hard to get greatly excited. I guess the punters out there (and I guess you are investing in "penny stocks") should be believing the odds are in favour of PharmX having the appeal shot down. Judgements are generally upheld in the main.
