What worse can it get. We either get 45 cents or more (if the hedgies block it). We are all passengers. There is nothing I or the other holders can do but to exercise their vote.
According to yourself and Baukaw, the only thing that will cost the NO votes is getting their cheaques late by about a week (as the hedgies are already voting yes. So what's the problem) ? There is no CHICKEN being played with HanLong. It's mathamatically impossible if hedgies are all about GETTING OUT OF THIS STOCK to sell into any HanLong bid.
What's the fuss?
