    I dont dispute any of that. does not however make SDL worth almost $2billion based on its current position.

    If a buyer can come in and then spend a further $5 billion to improve the asst then good luck to them - clearly (so far) SDL has been UNABLE to do that.

    Please accept the realities of the situation.
