I'd reckon most of the lt holders would have already jumped except for those like myself who have had a good look at the current business strategy etc.

Lindo is right ... folks who are left will in all likelihood be hanging out for the projected sp increase to ~80c and small maiden divvy.

And yes, maybe the sp edging upward might be the flutterings of another acquisition - dunno whether that would erode the possibility of the divvy or not, or maybe things have been going *very* well indeed given the continued water shortages and need for urgent solutions such as EVZ can offer.
