Yep ... those large parcels are drying up and buying looks energetic and has been sustained in a narrow range for a while - one of my signals for a jump soon given the fundamentals. Still a couple of single parcels to clear out.
Once we're solidly over 48c it could shoot up quickly. In a few weeks, EVZ might be an attractive home with growth and divvie potential for some of that floating takeover money coming up too.
