The assay results are excellent!
Hematite has the higher iron content.Higher than
Magnatite and EQX report the assay results confirm
around the 60% Fe content.Anything around 60-65%
is considered very high quality.
The mention of the Makengui prospect of 12km strike
has got me interested.They say this prospect is considered
to have the potential to define a substantial zone of
enriched material which could present large tonnages of
material capable of DSO and thus presents a compelling
exploration target.
DSO is Direct Shipping Ore,and only needs to go through
a crusher before it is shipped as lumps and fines.Steel
producers can therefore put it straight into the blast
furnace as feed-stock.
Things are on track for EQX to one day becoming a potentially large scale iron-ore producer,from a world class location.
