As reported in Upstream Online, FAR have been issued a $45m cash call by the JV for their share of the upcoming appraisal campaign (2 firm 2 optional plus testing). The figure has been poo-hoo'd by the Pom Pom brigade but I believe it to be correct. Do not confuse drilling costs with cash calls....This will run FARs capital out, perhaps explains the quick pump by Bells, a tightening of borrow paper, and a hurried CR rumoured for later this week? I am hearing the JV are sending a clear message with this grunty cash call. Chickens coming home to roost? DYOR
