Please share the JOA with all of us. It's not good manners to quote from it without putting the link up. When you say 'according to the JOA...' do you mean you're looking at a copy of the joint operating agreement, or are you making a general point about other JOAs you may have seen or heard about? This is important as a lot of us have money invested in FAR.
