You seem much like a corporate clone or connected to Ray from your sentiments that you express and lack of understanding of the issues surrounding corporate governance in play here due to the selective placement to instos only.
I was merely a retail shareholder jilted by the 9.09% dilution. A matter of no seeming concern to yourself.
AMA even acknowledged the problem in one of their announcements hoping that the retail shareholders complaining about their treatment wouldn't mind their dilution due to "expediency".
Expediency for what? Not even the instos have been told what the money is for. Or have they? If they have been told, that is, or in Australia used to be, a very concerning matter indeed.
