Alright, a fair argument. Let's check fact check that, a "precious metals boom":

XAUUSD: Yep tick, correct on this one. Gold has popped since 2020-2023.
XPTUSD: No boom, 3 years of stagnation. 
XPDUSD: Absolute bust, looks like the BML SP.
And finally, everyone's love song- XAGUSD: Stagnation since 2020.
Only
one of the four PM's has taken off. And this is due to key fundamental differences between the metals themselves. You can't class all PM's into the one bucket. Saying "Gold has boomed, so silver will follow" is a dangerous assumption; there are fundamental drivers that are distinctly different for XAU & XAG.
It is fair to say gold has taken off, but not to say PM's have taken off (unless your intention was to say that only gold has taken off). A "clear breakout" is definitely not evident in silver (yet). There is every chance that it will break back down from current $25.50 USD level (as it has done many times before), as it could also equally break above.
Not too sure about Pb hitting base prices either, there is an oversupply issue currently that is providing headwinds.
