correct. thanks for that feedback. i believe i have had a lapse in my analysis and hence point 31 is not technically correct. My implied point is still valid i believe which is that 25% Chinese ownership of the project and (not BML) has complications for institutions buying into BML. but conversely is an opportunity for small holders.
The list i posted is also a way for me to achieve my own selfish investment goals by having others scrutinize my thesis. thanks waterman
