Perhaps, someone knows that Asx not in favour of ordinary resolution? Last time about delist application fms board included statement like they discussed with asx and they got informal approval subject to sh approval etc. But this time they simply said about new application lodged. They know it's not the same anymore. Looks like asx taking long as well this time. Hope that Asx asks for special resolution this time based on takeover panel's findings.
