Rocket, correct me where I am wrong but it seems to me this has a lot more twists and turns before it's over, no debt, infrastructure in place, 2MT/Annum @$120/tonne = $240 Million, lets say then $100 Million clear profit per annum over 7 years = $700 Million return on what is now only a $123 Million offer for the company.
Conversly the 10% Noble earns now as a commission of $24/Million /annum over 7 years is $168 Million, greater then the price being offered for the whole operation.
This is a steal at these prices.
