Exactly Aushed, My father worked across multiple REE Projects around Australia and will continue to do so until his retirement. He often emphasize the barrier to entry is ridiculously high and its a very tough climb for any REE explorer trying to production especially with the Light Rare Earth space.

The biggest point he also emphasize that right now all around the world there approximately 500 projects from just deposits to advance projects. Without a blink of an eye he would go on to state that out of that 500 within the next 5 to 6 years only only the Maximum a handful, no more then 5 will make it to production.

The biggest mistake newbies make is not understanding how ridiculously tough it is and simply believe what the newspaper tells them for eg,

1) Giant deposits found Deep in the Ocean
2) Japan make alliance with countries and Presto like magic that countries will be producing REE within a year.
