    I am extremely confident that Ian is right here. There is no doubt someone is keeping the price down. Whilst you could say it's just a big seller selling down... It looks to me the main interest is ensuring the price stays flat. It doesn't smell like a big seller to me as it wants to run up and the person selling seems quite intent to just stop that and do no more. I don't get how they will do it for 3 more weeks though.
