This is a kind of manipulating for this stock. I am not sure this is leagal or not. I am going to consulting with someone who know about this.

The person did not sell through the 47million shares and just staged at 4.8c and now is at 4.4c.

I guess that the seller want to pressure the management and also wanted to buy cheap. Try to keep it at low price and scare buyers off. Low price of the company share will benefit Paul M to negotiate with the management buy-out proposal announced a week ago.

Anyway,something is going on. Who that would be? Most likely is paul M.

I also have noticed that AZD also has TV commercial on off-peak hour for its Amazing Loan. That sounds like the company still has money to lend. In short term, the company unlikely close the door.
