Not stalling Cujo.......preparing. They simply want to prove up as much as possible before they sell down some to fund their share IMO. They have known its commercial since connectivity for absolute certain. The other small problem is of course who do they hand operator ship on to........maybe they can convince FAR to support who ever buys some off CNE......CNOOC maybe?
I am very surprised to be honest that someone has not had a tilt at CNE...they seem undervalued IMO. DB
