Short term..
When Centro sells some ots assets for CAWF and CAf u will see a rise to about 1.5.

THey will then secure their loans for 5-7 years... Price to go back to 2-3 Mark...

CNP will pay dividends again and grow in about 8 months... Price to reach $4 and grow from there..

Centro will never make the same mistake again... Next time, they will refinance before time is due.
