I expect a strong news flow into this year and with it (finally)a stepping up to an 'appropriate' market capitalisation of PYC.
The ex-director cashing in 6 million shares at this point is explicable timing given the recent news flow. I am sure he has a timely use for that 1/2 million dollars. And jolly good luck to him!
Optimistically, we may see pressure off the selling side now and a better SP response to forthcoming news.
