although thinking about it, i actually reckon he's done and it was not looking to close the Laissez account but just reduce the holdings.
i don't see why he would release the change of holding notice after selling an awkward number to arrive at a (neat) 2,000,000 figure if he was going to close it up.

The change of holding has taken part in one of these....
I'm not sure exactly why, it could be many reasons but it does imply there may still be another 2m to get through....

Weather that means it was just reducing it or if there is still a further 2m to go remains to be seen, but it does explain some of the selling. "
