One trend I noticed was SG&A increasing by about 7.5% each year (outpacing revenue growth for last few years). I had a base 20m EBITDA guesstimate that was built around 265m revenue but my gut now tells me that revenue will come in higher.
As long as there is no nasty surprises I think coliseum will make another bid.
5x EBITDA offer or 80c share still gets them a nice 10%+ unlevered cash yield.
