    Hey IDC Holders

Looks like the labs are starting to sort out their delays from what Mr Promnitz has stated in his update today.

With another drilling announcement to come next week.

6,300 metres of drilling has been completed in the last 8 months or 50 holes. This is in addition to the previous 60,000 metres of drilling completed by Buffalo and Madison.

This latest drill hole 129SD12 showed an intercept of 47metres@ 2.5g/t Gold + 20g/t silver from near the surface, down 47meteres. Now remember that with the current price of gold, 0.2grams per tonne is profitable.

This intercept returned from near the surface grades that are 10 times that cut of for 47 metres.

Considerable work has been completed to resolve the bottleneck issues with the lab results. As such we will see a more frequent flow of drilling....which includes bonanza results going forward.

I like the sentence which states we have hit high grades of gold in EVERY DRILL HOLE! This is because our XStrata drill team, led by Mr Meade knows exactly where the gold is from Buffalo's drilling! :)

Again we need to read in between the lines with all these presos, as we did with SDL! We have 42 drill holes to come and the will be announced more frequently due to drilling results being processed in a more timely manner.

The PFS will be completed next month, then presented to the PNG authorities before being released to the public......Mr Promnitz states that he is targeting 125,000-150,000 ounces + SILVER!!!

Now if you watch Mr Promnitz' presentation in Geneva to the large institutions that invested into IDC the following month, he states that the silver is such high grade and quantity, that it may well pay for the gold production and the "gold goes for a free ride..."

The current metallurgical testing and PFS will validate whether we do have a $0 Production Cost Gold Mine at Mr Kare!

Some excellent grades of gold in the red and purple!!!

The cross section of the mountain shows the red line which is results from this announcement. As you can see there are some incredible grades of gold below and around this drill hole......we have 42 drill holes to come!

What we need to remember is the following pages from Mr Promnitz's presentation on the 3rd of July 2012.

    1. We have 42 drill hole announcements to come, which will be announced more frequently going forward. And the line at the bottom of this presentation states, "Madison and Buffalo Gold returned BONANZA gold and silver grades in the majority of their 2.1million ounces of gold and silver JORC"

That's why this gold mine was profitable when the price of gold was only $300 ounce and silver $4-5 per ounce 10 years ago! Now that the price of gold is $1600-1800 and Silver $20-30 per ounce, well you do the maths! :)

    2. Currently only a small area of our massive Mt Kare Mountain has been explored, leaving plenty of potential for additional new discoveries along the mountain and beneath it......

    3. Mr Promnitz and his team continually compares Mt Kare to Porgera's 28million ounce gold deposit which was created as part of the same volcanic event and Mt Kare sits on the Porgera Fault line....Porgera has high grade gold down 1kilometre, we have only drilled 350meteres deep into Mt Kare.

    4. This page was from Mr Promnitz interview on Board Room Radio in June. Have a look at the size of our tenement in PNG compared to the Monster Mt Kare mountain......

As we begin to see more drilling results mirror Madison and Buffalo's Bonanza Grades from the 42 drill holes to come, the market will begin to fully appreciate the incredible Mt Kare Baby Mammoth.....which is growing up fast!

    Cheers Nectar
