I agree with you. Given the current share price, the market conditions and the imminent need for cash, there's no way that you can say that waiting a year for the southern paddock was a good idea. I've been saying this for a year now. What I've noticed with SVY is that ever since that huge move in Sept 2019, anytime there is good news, the stock opens up and closes down either that day or within a few days. And that's exactly what I'm expecting with this MRE, no matter how good it is.
But what I'm also expecting is that if the MRE is good and they sort out their cash issues and the scoping study is positive and the market calms down, a steady increase in the share price over the next six months as the buyout talks progress.
I hope I'm wrong about my short term forecast but I feel pretty confident on my six month projection.
