how come the asx allows directors who sit on these companies like bau that just pay themselves their big salary packages and do absolutly nothing.
are these group of iditos lazy or incompetent?
meanwhile...I undersatand that management have golf fees to pay, holidays to consider, school fees for the grand kids, long lunches - etc, to think about.
