besides the crazy cheap MC and bagger potential...

Is the the GEO on the ground has REAL experience in the area.
Often you see the company send joe blow or even a experienced geo.
However, they might not know the area.

Mr.Balfe (who's a Aussie) has already hit it big in the area.
You hear stories about these types...they want to prove to everyone the last one wasn't just luck.

There are very few GEOs in the biz who have hit it big twice.
IMO, I believe this is personal for Geoff.

Geoff Balfe has over 25 years exploration in Nevada. he was a key part of the technical team that discovery the Long Canyon project in Nevada.
Long Canyon resource 3.4moz was eventually bought by Newmont for CAD$2.3bn in 2011.
