There may have been a deadline to apply for this govt incentive or program, and they did apply in anticipation. Who wouldn’t do that if it benefits shareholders.
I suspect this will mean any one participating in a CR during the period jul 2019 to Jun 2020 will get back half a cent up to 2 cents a share purchased depending on the number of new shares issued during the relevant period. That’s free money - well not really free as it is deducted from future entitlement to tax credits from company losses. It’s still good money coming to the hands of the shareholders -as good as declared dividend if we can avail it.
Not price sensitive but it’s good for our pockets.
