I find the line "discussions regarding a Strategic Partner are advancing within the battery industry" interesting; is this a change in context or am I as always overthinking!

Personally I hope they do not begin to drill deeper until the spin-off is completed, don't want to eat more than you can chew in the very near term - not being negative yet I know how these things can put added pressure/ stress. And don't worry ARL team, most of us here are very patient, take your time and get it right.

Certainly leaders as far as business modelling goes when compared to peers, nobody else comes close. And when it all comes together it will be beautiful and bliss.
