My thoughts are aligned with you Angor. I agree with Baukaw that our position would probably be worse without the Hanlong bid, however i do not have a lot of confidence that Hanlong will see this takeover through.

I am hoping that SDL and Hanlong are scratching eachothers backs here. Hanlong assisting with obtaining permits and at the same time putting in the $0.57 offer to set a floor for a genuine bid from another party. It would be a good investment for Hanlong if another party offered $0.60/share for their 20% holding.
