    From the latest announcement, Land Lease to buy BNB's stake in BBC for $49.3million.

    In all Land Lease to invest 236.8million in BBC.

    Transaction for this will be in 2 stages.

    Stage 1: Take 50% stake for $25.9mil
    Stage 2: Remaining stake for $23.4mil

    For stage 1, BBC neeeds a waiver from the ASX.
