The Directors, in conjunction with the Lead Manager, will allocate Shares at their sole discretion with a view to (a) obtaining an appropriate spread of Shareholders to satisfy Listing Rule 1.1 condition 8; (b) recognising the ongoing support of existing Shareholders; (c) identifying new potential long-term or cornerstone investors; and. (d) ensuring an appropriate Shareholder base for the Company going forward. There is no assurance that any Applicant will be allocated any Shares for which the Applicant has applied.
